Meet Jenn

I came to the power of writing love letters as a way to find my voice and share my love and appreciation through my words. Recently, I have been spending most mornings writing a love letter: to people, places, pets, nature, ideas, and sometimes to hopes, dreams, fears, opportunities and worries. During the other hours of the day, I am a mother of three grown boys and various animals; I head up an information management company in Mexico City; and I offer Leadership and Presence Coaching to small businesses and non-profits. My morning writing practice helps infuse my entire day with peace and motivation. Love letter writing shifts my energy to love. That simple. And that powerful.

Meet Stacy

My introduction to love letter writing began as a gratitude practice. Curious about how to create spaces of connection and belonging, I began to write notes and letters of gratitude. The practice of recognizing, acknowledging, and appreciating all that I had to be grateful for - my husband, my daughter, that sweet moment in nature - connected me with my heart space and encouraged me to "make love a habit." As a mindfulness facilitator, I help people explore the nuances of their attention. Writing love letters can be a mindfulness practice that teaches you how to skillfully direct your attention toward love...moment to moment, day to day. Imagine your world with a little more love.
